1. Order Placement & Acceptance
All orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp or direct communication.
- An order is considered confirmed only after mutual acknowledgment (product selection, pricing, and delivery/pickup details)
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion
2. Product Nature
Urban Mithai products are:
- Handmade in small batches
- Made using 100% natural ingredients
- Free from refined sugar and preservatives
As a result, slight variations in taste, texture, or appearance may occur. This reflects the artisanal nature of our products.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All pricing will be clearly shared during order confirmation
- Payment terms (advance/full) will be communicated at the time of order
- Orders may be processed only after payment confirmation, where applicable
4. Order Preparation & Availability
All products are made fresh to order and depend on ingredient availability and production capacity.
- Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 days from the date of order
- Timelines may vary depending on order size, product type, or demand
- Final timelines will always be confirmed during order placement
5. Delivery & Pickup
Urban Mithai operates on a flexible model:
a. Urban Mithai Assisted Delivery
If we assist with delivery:
- We coordinate with trusted delivery partners
- Timelines may be influenced by external factors like traffic or weather
b. Customer-Arranged Delivery
If you arrange your own delivery partner:
- The order will be handed over safely at the pickup point
- Responsibility transfers once the order is handed over
Urban Mithai is not liable for delays, damage, or non-delivery in such cases.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are expected to:
- Provide accurate address and contact details
- Be available and reachable during delivery/pickup
- Ensure timely coordination
7. Perishable Products
All products are fresh and preservative-free.
- Best consumed within the recommended time
- Proper storage should be followed
We are not responsible for spoilage due to delays, extended transit, or improper storage after handover.
8. Cancellations & Changes
- Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may not be possible, especially after preparation has begun
- Changes are considered on a best-effort basis
9. Issues with Orders
If there are any issues (wrong, missing, or damaged items in case of our arranged delivery), please inform us promptly.
Resolutions will be handled case-by-case and may include replacement, credit, or refund where applicable.
10. Limitation of Liability
Urban Mithai’s responsibility is limited to preparing and handing over the order as confirmed.
We are not liable for:
- Third-party delivery issues
- Delays beyond our control
- Indirect losses

Your information is handled as per our Privacy Policy and used only for order-related communication.
12. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version applicable at the time of your order will apply.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana.
